Anita’s technical department was established to provide expert engineering support for residential and commercial projects.

Our team offers professional services in mechanical and electrical design, supervision, and consultancy.

Electrical Drawings include layouts for lighting, protection switches, socket outlets, wiring paths, load calculations, L.V panels, earthing & bounding systems, fire alarm setups, CCTV, emergency lighting, as well as high-voltage systems including transformers, switch-gears, H.V panels and emergency generators. Also we design the BMS system to control and manage of energy consumption in our projects.

Mechanical Drawings include details of modern systems for heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, sanitary fixtures, and vertical transportation (elevators, escalators). It also includes machine room layouts, featuring central chillers, boilers, pumps, softeners, valves, and more.
